Obsitex comes in a free version and a full version. The difference is deliberately small.

Free vs. full version

Every feature already works in the free version — loading, converting, and all export targets. There is no ladder of features here: the only difference is that the free version inserts random text into your final document, at random positions (a watermark). The full version removes it, so your document comes out exactly as you wrote it.

One subscription, two apps

The same subscription covers both Obsitex and OneLatex — one payment unlocks both. It is CHF 1.00 / month and you can cancel anytime from the customer portal.

Upgrading

The Upgrade → chip in the navigation (shown in the free version) opens a short summary and starts the checkout. Once you have subscribed, that chip becomes a Full version badge. Your status is also shown under Settings → Version.

Good to know

• The local "continue without an account" path is free by construction.
• Because enforcement happens on your device, this is a gentle nudge rather than a hard lock — subscribing is what keeps your documents clean, and it supports the development of both apps.
